Judy Kuhn
Judy Kuhn received 1987 Tony and Drama Desk Award nominations for her portrayal of Cosette in the original Broadway company of Les Miserables. Also last season, she received a second Drama Desk nomination for her performance as Bella in the Charles Strouse/Stephen Schwartz/Joseph Stein musical Rags. She was in the original cast of the New York Shakespeare Festival production of The Mystery of Edwin Drood in which she understudied and performed both the title role and the role of Rosa Bud. Other credits include the national tour of The King and I starring Yul Brynner, Pearls at the Jewish Repertory Theatre and Rapunzel for Theatre Works USA. In March she was seen on the PBS special In Performance at the White House: A Salute to Broadway. Judy is a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and studied acting with John Stix.
