AL AKANA

Best known as the drummer for The Aliis, Albert S. Akana was born in Honolulu. He began in the Air Force Band, and joined The Aliis in the Do Ho Show in 1964 and stayed with the group when they split from Ho in 1969. He has performed all over the mainland including San Francisco, New York City, Las Vegas, Reno and Tahoe.
