BOB GUNTON
Bob Gunton (Juan Perón) was last seen as Rollo Metcalf in the Brooklyn Academy of Music's revival of the 1925 Gershwin musical Tip Toes. Bob appeared on Broadway as Raoul in King of Hearts receiving a Drama Desk nomination, Frank Decker in Working and Bill Cracker in Happy End. Off-Broadway credits include work at the American Place Theatre and the Manhattan Theatre Club. In repertory and regional theatres Bob's roles have included Chief Bromden in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Jimmy Porter in Look Back in Anger and Falstaff in The Merry Wives of Windsor. Bob's long list of musical roles include the leads in Man of La Mancha, A Little Night Music, Oklahoma!, Carousel and South Pacific. A thirty-three year old native Californian, Bob is a country songwriter and is working on a novel based on his year as a combat infantryman in Vietnam.
