STEPHANIE LAWRENCE
Stephanie Lawrence comes from a theatrical family and made her first stage appearance at the age of two. At the age of 12, while a pupil at the Arts Educational School, she danced with the Festival Ballet. She has been seen in the films The Likely Lads and Oh Lucky Man. Her TV credits include The Generation Game and The Benny Hill Show, and she was a featured dancer/singer in the TV series Hi Summer. Her first West End appearance was in Peter Nichols' Forget Me Not Lane and recently she played the part of a 1920s nightclub singer in Bubbling Brown Sugar. Last year she returned to Darlington for the second time to play Principal Boy in Jack and the Beanstalk. Stephanie has recorded an LP with Johnny Mathis and her first solo single was called 'Time and Emotion Man.'
