JACKIE EKERS

Jackie Ekers is a trained dancer and at the age of 13 years played the role of Tessie and then took over the title role of Annie in its original production at the Victoria Palace. At 16 she played Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz at the Derby Playhouse. She understudied Liesl in The Sound of Music at the Apollo Victoria Theatre. She also played the title role in Gigi at Winchester. She has just completed three years at Guildford College of Drama and Dance on the Musical Theatre Course.
