LYNDY BRILL

Lyndy Brill trained at the Barbara Speake Stage School. She was chosen for the character Cathy Hargreaves in the BBC TV's Grange Hill, which role she played for four years. She was guest presenter on the children's programme We're Doing Things, and was invited to sing 'Matchstick Men and Matchstick Cats and Dogs' at the London Palladium when this song became No 1 in the Hit Parade. Television includes The Sweeney, BBC's Love Story series and Whose Child. Lyndy was heard on Song for Europe 1982 and is featured on an album Feels Like Love. She holds a red belt in Taekwondo.
