THE LIGHTS

The lights on the stage were an integral part of the original productions.
The line of lights on stage left was used for the
tango dancers in "I'd be Surprisingly Good For You"
as well as at the end of "Waltz for Eva and Che,"
when Eva stands downstage on the light line
and sings about how her "body is falling apart."
As she finishes, she turns and walks upstage and
one by one, the bulbs went out as she passed over them.
