Restaged by Kenneth W. Urmston, who says this company contained many cast members who had done other productions and was unique in that they rehearsed for three weeks in London, then played only two weeks in Oslo. However, the venue was a 16,000-seat arena, usually used for sports and rock concerts, but where they do one musical every year.
